To use MUX, you provide a direct link to your Windows Media video or AVI file, and we give you an Quicktime MOV, MP4, or Flash Video (FLV). in your specified size, bitrate, and frames per second. Put in an FLV and we give you a WMV, and so on. You can also use MUX Mobile to have video converted and sent to your mobile phone in 3GP format.

MUX as it exists today is in no way user-friendly or polished, but it does work, so feel free to give it a shot, and let us know if you have any problems, feedback, or questions.
